Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using KaliHost services.
1. Services
KaliHost provides web hosting, domains, VPS, email, website design, and related services. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Services must be used lawfully. Spam, malware, hacking, copyright abuse, and activities that harm our network or other customers are not allowed.
4. Payments
Fees are due as shown on your invoice or order. Unpaid services may be suspended. Domain and hosting renewals are your responsibility unless auto-renew is enabled.
5. Uptime & support
We aim for 99.9% uptime on eligible hosting plans. Planned maintenance may cause brief downtime. Support is available via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or cancel services for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms. Back up your data — deleted content after cancellation may not be recoverable.
7. Limitation of liability
KaliHost is not liable for indirect losses, downtime beyond our control, or third-party failures. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
